“The organization’s culture is great and the staffs were very friendly, I really learned a lot. CDC is the only organization that matters when it comes to training interns. Being an intern at CDC you have a unique possibility and every opportunity to learn from new fields every day and undertake real roles in different projects. The people at the center are very exciting, respectful, hard-working, and so much friendly. CDC was a fun place to work, I rated it as a great and most eminent place to learn and grow”

“I enjoyed the times I expended in field, serving the communities both the refugees and host communities in Rhino camp refugee settlement. I have learned How to coordinate and communicate with people in the community, to be flexible and to adjust to any emergency issue in the communities. I was empowered to lead and managed community development projects and initiatives. CDC is a nice place, it encourages us to share our opinions, views and supports us to implement any of the proposals we make. After graduation, I hope to work at the Community Development Centre.”

“I like working with the community, at CDC I enjoyed the teamwork, the staff had to be social to the interns. My project over the ten weeks was reviewing and evaluating available procurements systems in the organization and the market. I’m happy that CDC placed me in such a role in which I can influence decisions in the organization, and gave me the privilege to work with people who have incredible skills, knowledge, experience, and expertise in the field. In addition to the practical skills and knowledge, I learned how to be responsible; my internship at CDC has prepared me to be focused on everything that I do in order to achieve my goals. The hospitality shown to the interns by the staffs  from the beginning  up to where it ended in a fantastic way, A Farewell Party makes the memories at the center unforgettable”
